Archived:Error or Wrong Product Listed When Registering My NHR/Enerchron Serial Number

Issue Details

When I attempt to register my NHR or Enerchron related serial numbers under My Products in my NI.com account, I receive an error or notice that the correct product is not listed.  Why is this happening?

Solution

Currently, NHR and Enerchron serial numbers are not able to be registered at this time on NI.com.  This doesn't mean the products have no warranty as we do keep track of this internally.

Request Support from an Engineer
