Updated Nov 26, 2024

Reported In

Software

  • DIAdem Crash Analysis Toolkit
  • SystemLink

Issue Details

Based on this link, as the script created using the Crash Analysis Toolkit functions in DIAdem will also work on SystemLink Analysis, is it correct that a separate Crash Analysis Toolkit license is not required for SystemLink Analysis?

In addition, it is correct that a script using the Crash Analysis Toolkit functions in DIAdem will also work on the DIAdem Base Edition?

Solution

Yes, a separate Crash Analysis Toolkit license is not required for SystemLink Analysis, as running the script does not require Crash Analysis Toolkit license.
Only editing/writing script will need the license.

And yes, a script using the Crash Analysis Toolkit functions in DIAdem will also work on the DIAdem Base Edition.
But, DIAdem Base edition can run the script only, not edit them.
