How to Update NI-568x Firmware

I have a NI-568x device that needs a Firmware update. However, the Firmware update file is missing from the NI-568x Soft Front Panel. How can I update the NI-568x Firmware?

To update the NI-568x Firmware follow these steps:
  • Download firmware from MA242x8A Firmware- Anritsu America,
  • Use Soft Front Panel (SFP) to update the firmware. If you have an older version of SFP, install the 2023 version,
  • Browse the downloaded .mcs file and hit update,
  • Unplug and replug the power meter to power cycle the device.
After completing these steps, your device's firmware will be successfully updated.
