Solution
The Sentinel One antivirus is injecting an extra DLL into various NI applications / processes, specifically the "InProcessClient64.dll" which is then crashing randomly when these NI applications / processes attempt to access NI hardware. There isn't anything NI can do to patch the Sentinel One owned "InProcessClient64.dll".
You would need to refer to IT department to help add exclusions for the NI applications / processes that are crashing due to the sentinel one antivirus.
Adding an exclusion on the niroco.exe for the SentinelOne antivirus software.
