Cannot View Parametric Data for More Than 25 SystemLink Test Results

Issue Details

  • I am unable to click View >> Parametric Data when I have more than 25 results selected in the SystemLink Test Insights page. Why is this?
  • Is there a limit to the number of Test Results that can be plotted on a Parametric Data View in SystemLink?
  • In my SystemLink Test Results page, the Parametric Data button is grayed out when I have lots of results selected. What causes this?

Solution

In the SystemLink Test Results page, you cannot select more than 25 results at a time to view Parametric Data.

The query for which Test Results to load is stored in the URL. If the URL is too long, it becomes truncated and causes an exception. The limit of 25 selected Test Results prevents this exception and cannot be changed.
