Issue Details

I purchased a Micropross product from NI in the past and am looking to have it serviced.  Where am I able to open a service request for my hardware and software?

Solution

NI sent out an End of Life (EOL) and End of Service (EOS) notice in September 2024 for the Micropross products.  NI is no longer selling or servicing these products.  During the EOL process, NI identified 3rd parties that are still able to service these products and have documented them here.
