What Does Digital I/O Latency Mean in the PXIe-7890 Specification Sheet?

Issue Details

The Digital I/O subsection under the Connector 0 and Connector 4 section of the PXIe-7890 specification sheet, has the following information:

Where does the 25 ns value comes from? Is that the time between the software commanding a change on the DIO port and the change being detected at the front panel port? oO does it mean something else?

Solution

The DIO latency should be the delay from VHDCI connector to the FPGA IO node diagram as below:
