Solution
The issue might be due to a device naming conflict in our drivers. Renaming the device in NI MAX can help synchronize the drivers and resolve the conflict.
If after device renaming the problem persists, try resetting the configuration data in NI MAX:
- In NI MAX, go to Tools » Reset Configuration Data.
- Ensure you save any unsaved work in open programs. When prompted with a dialog box, select Yes to restart your computer
