Solution

This is a Known issue in installing LabVIEW 2022 Q3 on Ubuntu 22.04 where the dependencies for the installation went missing.

Beginning with version 22.04, Ubuntu distribution does not shipped with libncurses5, libldap-2.4-2, and libopenal1.
However, these libraries are necessary to install LabVIEW in Ubuntu because they are among the dependencies required.

As a workaround, it is recommended to install NI Hardware Configuration Utility from NI Linux Device Driver 2024 Q4 or later before installing LabVIEW 2022 Q3 in Ubuntu 22.04. This will help to provide LabVIEW with updated version of components that do not rely on the missing legacy components.
