Solution
RFIC Test SW is a system level software solution. It controls over different kinds of NI instruments to provide a solution for Power Amplifiers (PA) or transceiver test in laboratory. It provides non-programming solution as soft front panel, and also automation reference design library.
It controls different instruments sequentially. For example, when running a test, the panel application first powers on the DUT with SMU, then brings up DUT to active state using MIPI command by NI Digital, then drives the RF instrument for vector signal generation and analyses. After the test completes, it brings down DUT with another MIPI command and power off with SMU.
