NI-9210 Not Detected in NI MAX When Used in USB-9162 Single-Module Carrier

Issue Details

When I insert NI-9211 into USB-9162, I can find NI-9211 in NI MAX. However, when I try to insert NI-9210 into USB-9162, I cannot find the device in NI MAX. Why can’t I find NI-9210 in NI MAX?

Solution

According to NI-DAQmx Readme, NI-9210 is not supported in NI-DAQmx when used with USB-9162. Please refer to the readme file to check the list of devices supported in NI-DAQmx when used with USB-9162.
