Why Can't I Find the Readme to Check the Compatibility

Issue Details

I am using LabVIEW 2020 with NI-XNET 2024 Q2 and find some issues. I want to check the Readme of NI-XNET 2024 Q2 about the compatibility with LabVIEW 2020, but I can't find the Readme on ni.com. What should I do to know the compatibility?

Solution

While readmes contain important information about system requirements, compatibility, and more, customers are not seeking out and using readmes on ni.com. In fact, less than 1% of ni.com users open a readme. So we are stopping the creation and delivery of readmes at NI, starting with 2023 Q4 releases. Instead, customers can find information from Download pages, HW and SW Compatibility pages, and User Manuals.
