Issue Details

I have a PXIe-1487 with version B and want to upgrade to version C, how can I find the firmware and upgrade?

Solution

CPLD firmware is programmed during manufacturing. There are firmware bundles that exist but it's not currently feasible to update them via the "Update Firmware" button in MAX and we don't support customer or field-updated firmware.
Instead, the best next step will be to RMA the module, so they can program it properly.
