Solution
There is no option within the NILM software to permanently change the language setting, but you have 2 option using NI LM in another language:
1. By executing NILM from the command line, you can set the language you would like NILM to open in.
Copy and paste the below command to the Command Prompt, and change the language= from en to the appropriate language code.
"C:\Program Files\National Instruments\NI License Manager\NILicenseManager.exe" --language=de
2. If you want to use the application permanently in a language other than the one installed on your computer:
- create an NI LM shortcut
- right click on the NI License Manager Schortcut and select Properties
- in the target field add the following parameter, depending on which language you want to use : --language=de
- click on Apply and OK.
Language options include: English (en), French (fr), German (de), Japanese (ja), Korean (ko), Simplified Chinese (zh-CN)
