Error -1950679035 When Deploying Modbus I/O Slave With Shared Variable

Issue Details

When I deploy modbus I/O slave together with shared variable to NI Linux RT environment in LabVIEW 2023 environment, error -1950679035 occurs.

Error -1950679035 occurred at an unidentified location

Possible reason(s):

LabVIEW: (Hex 0x8BBB0005) Unable to locate the shared variable in the Shared Variable Engine (SVE). Deployment of this shared variable may have failed, the SVE has not started, or the SVE is too busy to respond to this request.

Solution

This is a bug report on version 2023 for LabVIEW, LabVIEW Datalogging and Supervisory Control (DSC) Module and NI Linux RT image. To resolve this issue, please upgrade LabVIEW, LabVIEW Datalogging and Supervisory Control (DSC) Module and NI Linux RT image to 2024 Q1 or latest version.
