Solution
This problem can happen due to a corrupted NI MAX database or due to the corrupted NI Software.
To resolve this issue, try to
Reset the NI MAX Database.
If resetting the NI MAX Database didn't help, try to
Repair Software in NI Package Manager (NIPM) or reinstall it.
If the troubleshooting steps described above didn't help, it means that after removing/repairing NI software, one or multiple registry files have not been repaired/removed accordingly. After removing all the NI Software, contact your IT Admin to clear the registry from the leftover files. If this step didn't help either, perform OS (operating system) reinstallation.
