TestStand Hangs When Generating an HTML Report With a Link Opening in a New Window

Issue Details

If the TestStand report contains a hyperlink set to open in a new window, the link successfully opens a new window. However, that window cannot be closed, and TestStand itself cannot be closed without terminating the process.

This issue occurs in TestStand versions 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023.
