Update the Firmware of the NHR 9400 Touch Panel

NHR 9400 for models 9410, 9420, and 9430, of 12KW and up.

Follow the steps on this document to update the Firmware of the NHR 9400 Touch Panel.

  1. Turn off the NHR 9400.
  2. Download the firmware from this document and copy the files to a USB flash drive and connect it to the NHR 9400.
  3. Turn on the NHR 9400 and wait for the display to boot.
  4. Click the menu on the top right corner.

  5. Click Exit Application.

  6. Click Yes to proceed.

  7. Click the menu on the top right corner or the menu in the bottom.

  8. Click the File Browser.

  9. Click GOTO on the top left corner.

  10. Select USB on the dropdown menu.

  11. Click on the latest version folder and navigate to Application directory.

  12. Run the app-release.apk file.

  13. Click OK.

  14. Click Install to start the process.

  15. Wait until the process is complete.

  16. Click Done.

  17. Power cycle the unit.
