Solution
In the system definition file for VeriStand you can add multiple CAN ports which use the same NI-XNET physical interface, for example CAN1. The different ports in the VeriStand signal tree can link to a different database file, but use the same physical hardware port. See the pictures below for an example of this.
Ensure all the network files and the configuration of the ports use the same Baud Rate(s) and I/O Mode(s) for each physical interface.
