Solution
This issue can be solved by following steps:
- Reset and Fix the NI Measurement & Automation Explorer Database File by referring to the related link below
- Change to another PCI slot that available on the motherboard
- Try on other PCs that have installed the NI-DAQ™mx driver
- Ensure there is no error in the device manager
- Repair or Reinstall the NI-DAQ™mx driver
- Try to install the latest version of the NI-DAQ™mx driver
If the same issue persists, try to swap with a good PCI-6602 and see if the same issue will appear on another PCI-6602. If other PCI-6602 working fine that means the current PCI-6602 has an internal hardware issue and recommended to reach
NI Technical Support.
