What is the Effective Number of Bits (ENOB) of the NI-9227 at Different Sample Rates?

Issue Details

I am using the NI-9227 at different sample rates and I  have already calculated the ENOB using the formula with 400μA. This would be using the highest sample rate: 50kS/s. Since this is the only value for rms noise used to calculate the Signal-To-Noise ratio value. I need the rms noise for values such as 16.7k or 25k S/s. Is there any documentation we can get this from?

This is the formula I used for 50kS/s.

Solution

The noise at 16.7kS/s and 25kS/s is any different from the noise at 50kS/s. So the answer is that it will still be 400uArms.
