Where can I find the TSM LabVIEW API to create code module?

Issue Details

Although I can use NI Semiconductor test template as below to get TSM API, I would like to search from View->Functions Palette.
Where can I find these APIs?

Solution

Installing TSM adds the TestStand Semiconductor Module palette to LabVIEW.
The VI in the image above is Get Specification(s) Value(s).

There are 2 ways to get this VI.
1. It is in the Specifications palette as shown below:

2. You could use the 'Search' bar in the function palette.
