How Many Samples Are Used in a CCDF Measurement?

Issue Details

I am using RFmx to perform a CCDF measurement, and I want to confirm the sample rate the instrument can perform, but seeing the example ( RFmxSpecAn CCDF(Basic).vi ), there is no definition of the number of samples required/used.

How can I get the number of samples used in the example?
 

Solution

To get the sample rate used in the example you can multiply the Measurement Interval by the RBW (Hz), as you can see implemented in the next picture
