Solution

This is a known bug that starting FlexLogger 2023 Q3, it saves the TDMS files in version 1.0 instead of 2.0. MATLAB only supports version 2.0.

The workaround is to use the conversion utility using TDMS Convert Format VI if need to use the latest version of FlexLogger or remain using the earlier version of FlexLogger.

Additional Information

This known bug will fix in the FlexLogger 2024 Q4 release.
