NI-IMAQdx Support for LabVIEW Previous Version Missing during Installation

Issue Details

I would like to use NI IMAQdx 20.5 version with LabVIEW 2017 but during NI-IMAQdx 20.5 version installation there is no option to install NI-IMAQdx Support for LabVIEW 2017. If I proceed with the installation without installing NI-IMAQdx Support for LabVIEW 2017, when opening my VI I will get error which indicating NI-IMAQ or NI-IMAQdx functions are missing.

Solution

To install NI-IMAQdx Support for other LabVIEW version you need to do below steps.

1. After finished installing the NI-IMAQdx 20.5 version, open NI Package Manager (NIPM).
2. Click on the Packages tab and search for NI-IMAQdx Support for your LabVIEW version.
3. Select the NI-IMAQdx Support for your LabVIEW version, then click Install.

4. Next, proceed as per instruction.
