Why Error -43910 Occurred at niWLANA RFSA Configure Multiple Device Synchronization

Issue Details

After WLAN Test Toolkit is installed, I use 1pcs PXIe-5840 and 1pcs PXIe-5841 to run WLAN MIMO example niWLAN 802.11 OFDM Demod (Multiple RFSA).vi, error is reported below:

Error -43910 occurred at niWLANA RFSA Configure Multiple Device Synchronization.vi:3400001

Possible reason(s):

WLAN Analysis Toolkit: The devices in the instrument handles array are incompatible (or not of the same type).

Solution

If we want to run MIMO VIs, 2pcs VST we are using must be the same model. Pairs example as below,

  • PXIe-5840 runs along with PXIe-5840
  • PXIe-5841 runs along with PXIe-5841
  • PXIe-5646 runs along with PXIe-5646
  • ... Similar like above.
