Error 0xABA88D4B When Clicking Empty Event Cases Causing LabVIEW to Crash

Issue Details

My LabVIEW crashes after selecting "Remove Empty Cases" of an event case on the Block Diagram.
I received the following error:

DAbort 0xABA88D4B in undo.cpp

Error 0xABA88D8

Solution

This issue is caused by a corrupt event case. To resolve this error, try the following troubleshooting steps:
  • Delete the event case and recreate a new one.
  • Add another case to the event, insert a random function(constant/control/indicator), then remove empty cases
