USB-6009 No Input While Perform Measurement

Issue Details

Solution

1. Ensure the USB-6009 indicator was green with single-blink that's mean it was operate normally. Else if it is showing green and not blinking means the USB-6009 connected but not initialized, or the computer is in standby mode. In order for the device to be recognized, the device must be connected to a computer that has NI-DAQmx installed on it.
2. Run Self-Test through NI MAX and see if there is showing any error.
3. If there is no error showing after self-test, try to perform la simple loopback test by connecting AO to AI and test it through NI MAX Test Panel or LabVIEW. If the reading of AI was same as AO supply that's mean your DUT was having output issue or check you wiring connection from DUT to AI. But if the AI was not showing any input measurement high chance the USB-6009 is having internal hardware issue.
4. To confirm it was a hardware internal issue, you can try to replace it with another good spare of USB-6009.
