Issue Details
I am looking to download NI software but, when I find the software I want to download and choose the appropriate version, the download button is disabled (as seen below) and get the following warning: Previous versions are available only to customers with an active subscription license or service agreement for this product. Purchase a license or update your service information in your NI User Account to access locked versions.
This may be caused by one of the following reasons:
- You have not purchased a license for that specific software.
- You do not have a service program associated with that software license.
- Your software license and/or service program is expired.
- You have not registered the serial number associated with your software license or service program.
Note: Registering your serial number is different from activating your software. While activation allows you to use the software without registering the serial number, service entitlements will not be recognized in your NI account unless the serial number is registered.
If you believe you are entitled to a specific software download but the option remains unavailable, it is possible that your serial number has not yet been registered.
