No Instrument Have Been Connected Warning in Digital Pattern Editor

Issue Details

I am working with digital pattern PXIe-6570 and when I run the shipping example, I am seeing the warning as shown below, The connected pin map does not use any supported instruments. No instruments have been connected.

Solution

  • Ensure that the pin map Instrument's name is matching with the name in NI MAX.
  • Check that the connection is mapped correctly according to the pin labeled in Digital Pattern Editor, especially when you are working with a multiplexer.
  • Check the connection be secured between the DUT and the Digital Pattern Instrument terminal.
