I have an instrument that is connected to GPIB-140B. Is the instrument ground isolated from wall power ground via GPIB-140B?
Input GND and Circuit GND for GPIB-140B are connected.
So the key element here is the power supply, if it is connected to the wall power ground, the instrument will be connected to it as well.
