File Version Is Later Than The Current LabVIEW Version (Hex 0x465)

Issue Details

I am trying to run examples VIs from the C:\Program Files (x86)\National Instruments\LabVIEW 2019\examples\ folder with LabVIEW 2019/2019SP1, but I keep receiving the following error: 

LabVIEW: (Hex 0x465) File version is later than the current LabVIEW version.

Solution

This is a known issue/bug in LabVIEW 2019 and 2019 SP1. 
To resolve this issue, download the attached example files from the bottom of this page and copy/paste them to their original location: C:\Program Files (x86)\National Instruments\LabVIEW 2019\examples\ 

Note: When you are being offered to replace the same original files with the new ones, click 'Yes' or 'Yes, All' to make sure to use the downloaded files.

Additional Information

This particular error message (HEX 0x465) only appears in the case of LabVIEW 2019 and 2019 SP1.
