How can I fix this?

Solution

This particular error message appears due to a bitness incompatibility. According to the error message, it pops up in a 64-bit LabVIEW.
To resolve this issue, you need to install and use a 32-bit LabVIEW.

Additional Information

The 64-bit NI Software doesn't have any speed improvements against the 32-bit NI Software. The 64-bit NI Software is used for special projects that require advanced memory capacity.
In case you don't have a special project like this, NI recommends using 32-bit NI Software as this has a wider range of compatibility with drivers.
