How To Troubleshoot Partial Failure Of NI PXIe-5842 Self Test?

Issue Details

I have a VST3 5842 1C module in remote branch which fails in intermediate self test like follows.

What could be the possible root cause of it? Is it possible that the red cable in below picture is broken?

Solution

From the error popup, the ref clock passed and the TX LO comes with an error, which is the cable drawn in red as below. It may indicate the cable broke, if that is replaced but still not passing, something else in the signal chain on the physical hardware may have broke and would need to undergo RMA process for repair.
