Solution
niDigital has two instances of Load Specifications and Timing VI in which one of them loads only one specification, level, and timing file, and the other loads an array of each files. You can use Load Specifications and Timing (Multiple) VI to load multiple files at once.
However, if variables with a same name is defined in multiple specification files, it will not be possible to load these files at once.
