System Preparation Tool Prompt on NI PXI Controller When Power On

Issue Details

I keep getting the System Preparation Tool prompt every time I power on my newly purchased PXI controller. How can I avoid it?

Solution

This happens because the PXI controller has audit mode turned on.
To turn off the audit mode, kindly:
  1. Select Generalize

  2. Select Shutdown for Shutdown Option.

  3. Click OK.
