Following the acquisition of NH Research, LLC (NHR) by National Instruments Corporation (NI - now a part of Emerson Test and Measurement), starting October 9, 2023, NHR will be transitioning to a streamlined service request process directly from NI.
Whether you have a technical query or need assistance with your NHR products, submit your request through one of these channels:
- By phone, quickest method, call 1-866-275-6964 and select option 3 for technical support or option 4 for hardware repair and calibration. Please provide your specific product number, serial, and that NHR products are supported during this first year. A representative will capture issue details and direct to correct team. NHR technical support is only available during US local business hours. Other NI product support is available during regional local business hours.
- By email, send a request to nhr.support@ni.com with your product number, serial number, and brief description of your issue. A NI team member will triage your request within 1-2 business days.
NHR customers which purchased systems on or before October 9th, 2023, may renew support and hardware service entitlements by contacting a sales representative.
Entitlements may expire on October 9th, 2024 for existing customers depending on purchase date.
