Error 1073365000 Calibration Is Out of Date

Issue Details

During the initialization of my VST, I am receiving the error 1073365000 the self-calibration date is older than the external Calibration Date.

The device was correctly calibrated and is still calibrated, but the issue persists, how can I fix this?

Solution

Check if RFSA is installed, if not, proceed to install it

After confirming RFSA is installed, please proceed to:
  1. Restart your PXIe system to ensure that your system is not running NI RF-related programs.
  2. Make sure that your VST RF IN and RF OUT are not connected to any external.
  3. Allow the module to warm up for 30 minutes after the PXI Express chassis has powered on and the operating system has completely loaded before you use the module or perform self-calibration.
  4. Open the NI-RFSA soft panel, click Device/System >> Calibration >> Self Calibration. 
  5. Observe whether the self-calibration can be run successfully without error.
  6. In case to present any error, please take screenshots of the error and proceed with the next procedure.

If the self-calibration fails, please proceed to the following steps:
  1. Restart your PXIe system to ensure that your system is not running NI RF-related programs.
  2. Make sure that your VST RF IN and RF OUT are not connected to any external.
  3. Open Start >> All Programs >> National Instruments >> Vector Signal Transceivers >> VST Self Calibrate
  4. Allow the module to warm up for 30 minutes after the PXI Express chassis has powered on and the operating system has completely loaded before you use the module or perform self-calibration.
  5. After opening the software, make sure your VST is selected, then click Perform Self Calibration.
  6. In case to present any errors, please take screenshots of the errors, and contact NI Technical Support for further assistance.
