Clock Rate Error When Using FlexLogger 2023Q1 Version with PXIe-6251

Issue Details

I am using FlexLogger 2023 Q1 version with PXIe-6251 to acquire voltage in analog input single-ended mode. However, an error as follow occurred:

Given the specified Reference Clock Source, you must set the Reference Clock Rate to a value equal to the frequency of the supplied signal. Properties: RefClk.Src, RefClk.Rate

How to fix the error?

Solution

This error is a bug for FlexLogger 2023 Q1 version. Workaround to fix the issue is by upgrading FlexLogger to latest version (e.g. 2023 Q2 version)
