Error 1311 when Extracting Installer from ZIP File Downloaded from NI website

Issue Details

I have download NI software from the web page and extracted it from the ZIP file, but I get the following error message.

Solution

This error could happen due to company security restriction when downloading software from external website. Try to change to another network or disconnect from VPN when downloading the installer.
