Is it Possible to Define Multiple Signals with the Same Properties in NI-XNET Database Editor?

Issue Details

In my application, I need to define 2 signals with the same properties such as CAN ID, signal name, start bit, number of bits, scaling factor, etc. Is it possible to define 2 signals with the same properties in NI-XNET Database Editor?

Solution

NI-XNET Database Editor does not allow 2 signals with the same name under the same frame.
In order to create 2 signals with the same name, both signals need to be defined under different frames.
Both frames can use the same ID.
