Reach out to the NI Copyright Agent Department using the email
copyrightagent@ni.com and share with them information about the documents you are intending to use, their purpose, and more information you think may be useful for them - If any information is missing, they will make sure to let you know.
A good starting point is to share the following information with them:
[Full Requester Name, and professional Title – Full name and title of the person making request ← NOTE: NI permission letters need to be directed to the “appropriate representative” bearing sufficient legal authority (e.g., manager; director; officer) with legally binding authority/responsibility for such acceptance]
[Full Company Name] ← Including corporate suffix]
[Full Physical Address] ← Including a country identifier
[Email Address] ← Of “appropriate representative”
[DETAILED DESCRIPTION of NI CONTENT] (Source examples: NI links; file names, etc.) ← Specific references to cite in the permission letter
[PURPOSE of using NI CONTENT] (Use in electronic form and/or printed form?) ← Elaborate with sufficient detail
[WEB ADDRESS / URL of content posting] (If applicable) ← Actual location where NI content is to appear (specific location, not general)
[IF written form, Title of work being published]
