PXIe-8240 Not Recognized Correctly in Device Manager

Issue Details

I have a PXIe-8240 and have but the card does not appear to be recognized correctly in device manager.
It shows under Other devices as an Ethernet Controller, but with a yellow warning triangle. 
When I open the device properties, it says: 
The Drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28)

Solution

The PXIe-8240 requires 2 pieces of software to be correctly identified:
  1. NI PXI Platform Services
  2. PXIe-8240 Firmware and Additional Drivers Download
Both drivers are required to correctly identify and use the PXIe-8240.
