NI stopped proposing Frame grabbers for IEEE 1394 also called FireWire®, after December 2019.

NI also stopped providing repair services after December 2020. The technical support is very limited after the end of life and this last support date. Here are the support rules about the hardware product life cycle.

The last version of NI Vision Acquisition Software able to support IIDC/DCAM-compliant IEEE 1394 cameras in Windows (FireWire) is VAS 19.5 (See the Readme file from October 2019) and ends with LabVIEW 2019 (check the compatibility table)
