Are you sure? Your data will not be saved to a file dialog prompted when running VI under real-time target in LabVIEW project.

Save File Error

Solution

This prompt comes out when you are using Write to Measurement File Express VI in NI Linux Real-Time target such as CompactRIO.

Dialog prompt is not a supported feature for NI Linux Real-Time OS. When executing a function that has a dialog prompt in NI Linux Real-Time OS will cause this prompt. As the solution, use other functions to save the measurement file such as the TDMS function. Refer to the Related Links section on how to log data with LabVIEW Real-Time.
