Time Reference for the Timing Functions Palette

Issue Details

I need to create a timer and I would like to know what is the time reference for the Timing Functions in LabVIEW.

Solution

LabVIEW uses the operating system (OS) time as time reference. So, if you want to know the accuracy of the timing, you should check it from your OS.

Additional Information

NI does not provide calibration sheets to ensure the timing of its VIs because this is dependent of your OS.
