G Web Development Software: Hyperlink Keyfocus Property Not Working For Some Browsers

Issue Details

I am programming a front panel on G Web Development Software and using the Keyfocus property of a hyperlink, which outputs True value once the hyperlink is pressed. The block diagram looks similar to the following:

The code works when I run in the development environment (press Ctr + R), however it does not output a True value when I click the hyperlink on several browsers. What can be the issue and how is it solved?

Solution

The mentioned property is known not to work on WebKit engine based browsers as of G Web Development Software version 2022 Q1.

The behavior is reported as a bug with the CAR number: 1872058. To check if the bug is fixed, please refer to the G Web Development Software release notes to see if the bug has been fixed.  

Additional Information

WebKit engine based browsers are Safari (Both IOS and MacOS) and all of the IOS browsers such as IOS Chrome and IOS Safari.
