Solution
This problem is caused by the
Source Detection or
DP Hot-Plug Detection mode on the HP Z Monitor. To resolve this, follow the steps below:
- Verify that the latest graphics card driver is installed.
- Refer to the monitor manufacturer's website for driver downloads.
- Change the monitor's Source Detection mode to Always Active.
- Change the monitor's DP Hot-Plug Detection mode to Always Active.
- When the monitor is using Low Power mode, the monitor scales the LabVIEW UI to the lowest setting.
