Issue Details

I want to create an offline activation code for my NI Vision Acquisition Software.
NI License Manager states, that I have version 20.6, while the Activation Code Generation Form on ni.com offers activation codes for Jul 2021, Dec 2020 etc.
Which version do I need to select?

Solution

Starting in August 2014 with version 14.0 of NI Vision Acquisition Software, all versions belong to the 14.x branch.
Therefore, the activation codes for the different versions of NI Vision Acquisition Software are identical.
If you stay on the same computer, so the Computer-ID stays the same, you can update and downgrade NI Vision Acquisition Software, and reuse the same activation code, as long as the version is at least 14.0 respectively August 2014.
