NI Scan Engine Does Not Appear in the Project Explorer Window Under My Computer Properties

Issue Details

When I proceed to My Computer>Properties dialog box in my LabVIEW project, the Scan Engine properties does not show up in the list of options.

Solution

The NI Scan Engine is a software component that you can install on supported targets, such as CompactRIO target.
In order to Scan Engine appear under My Computer Properties it is necessary to install the NI-Industrial Communications for DeviceNet .
